Shipping policy

Shipping is carried out once a week, typically on Mondays, though exceptions may occur depending on personal schedule.

All shipments are sent via Swiss Post as registered mail.

A tracking number will be provided once the package is prepared for shipment.

Insurance is included in the shipping cost.

VAT and any additional customs fees, if requested by the authorities, are the buyer's responsibility.
