Anonymous Tortue - 9k Rose Gold - 1933 London Case

A beautiful “Tortue” watch made in 1933/34 in London with a Swiss movement and a 9k rose gold case made by Arnould City Watch Case Company Ltd.

White dial with a black numerals and railroad minute track in a classic Cartier style.

All blued hands

Vintage Mirexal leather strap made for fixed lugs

The case measures 25mm without crown, 33mm lug to lug, 7mm thick with a 14mm lug width.

It is powered by a nicely decorated manual wind Swiss made movement with 15 jewels. It runs and keeps time. The service history is unknown.
