A very rare and interesting Spera Chronograph made for the Koninklijke Marine, The Royal Netherlands Navy, and probably used in service during the 1950s.

Full stainless steel case

Original dial with patina and a interesting radioactive logo applied on top of what we can guess is “antimagnetic”. This logo might have been applied to show directly that the watch should not be brought in certain places such as close to sensitive military equipment.

Gold hands with lume

Applied indexes with lume dots

Screwed back with military issued number 64004

Case ref 1006-9

New crystal

Vintage brown leather strap

The case measures 36mm without crown, 44mm lug to lug, 13mm thick with a 18mm lug width.

It is powered by a Swiss made manual wind caliber Landeron 248. The movement was fully serviced in September 2024.
